When you purchase or order a bike, it's important to first know your "fit coordinates" before buying. This insures you have the correct make, model, and size, and also have the correct componentry installed when your new bike arrives. The Pre-Purchase service allows us to identify your optimal position utilizing our Retul Muve SL Dynamic Fit Bike. This method is completely unbiased as we're not trying to fit you to a specific bike, which is what bike shops typically do. We're not a traditional retailer, we simply want what's best for you. Once we know your position, we measure your fit coordinates (contact points), which we use to compile a list of bikes that fit you, your needs, and your budget. This is not, however, where the service ends. Once you have your new bike, we fit it to you making sure it matches your fit coordinates so your position is optimal and you're ready to ride your best. You don't pay twice...it's all included as one service no matter what bike you choose, or when you make the purchase.
